health & well-being, healing
Spotted Eagle on Healing (Overcoming Fear series, Volume 2)
4 one-hour classes. This course begins with a succinct review of our tendency to fear uncertainty, and how this predisposes people to perceive and behave in ways that can be seen and understood as general to the human species. Spotted Eagle discusses the Mind and those aspects of mind that warehouse fear and trigger out-of-power thinking, behavior, and choices. The theme that runs through all of Spotted Eagle's work is this: when we make a decision in a state of fear we lose power to that thinking. In this series on healing, Spotted Eagle shows how our thinking translates into emotional and physical disease. The course presents an insightful view into the ways humans have emotionalized their survival and spawning a wide range of patterns intended to alleviate fears of abandonment, loss of protection and support, and attempting to make survival feel certain.
Transforming Your Health & Well-Being (Transformation series, Volume 3)
4 one-hour classes. Spotted Eagle presents the concept of health as one that comes complete with fear and fantasy, issues and mythology, and is complicated by the tendency of people to project their own individual physical process onto all human beings. Health and well-being are not separate things, and we must first look to well-being to understand what is healthy for us as individuals. When we understand that the body is the soul's vehicle for expression on the material plane — our classroom about fear — we can learn to approach our own health and well-being in new and constructive ways. The human body is our current vehicle of choice, which gives the soul a very broad framework for connecting to physical awareness and then exerting its higher awareness in order to have dominion over our biology and its domination and subservience model. The body-psyche complex has a biological tendency to fear the future, which makes the body a perfect tool for enlightenment.
